Caesar offers a range of professional support services. The support services include registration of support issues to our helpdesk and downloads of new versions and patches. We also offer Caesar Forum Community on the internet, where Caesar CRM customers meet and exchange experiences.
In order to access our customer support you need to be a registered customer with an active maintenance agreement.

When contacting SuperOffice Caesar Support, please be ready to state:
• Your name, company and contact information
• What you did just before the problem occurred. Were any other programs running? Any error messages?
• Which version of the software you are using.
• If you have managed to reproduce the problem on another computer.
Customers who have a Support and maintenace agreement with us are entitled to support free of charge. Otherwise, a fee is charged for each case.
