Releye

Releye is an innovative consulting company that combines business consultancy with pragmatic delivery of CRM and decision support solutions based on standard products.

Since it was started in 2000, Releye has focused on helping clients strengthen their customer relationships, find out more about customers and make better decisions.

Releye's concept is to help companies gain maximum benefits from their CRM investment from both a business and technical perspective, often combined with analysis and reporting of customer data. We call this Business Intelligence.

Releye is based in Stockholm, and has been a Caesar CRM distributor and implementation partner for several years.

Microsoft

Caesar CRM is a certified Microsoft Gold Partner and member of Microsoft's ISV and Premier Developer support program.

Caesar CRM applications support and integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office, Exchange, SQL Server and a number of other Microsoft products and technologies.

 Caesar CRM is Windows Server 2008 certified.

NetOptions

Netoptions is one of Scandinavia's leading suppliers of tools for digital marketing and e-mail, mobile and internet communication.

The company has developed the BizWizard eMarketing Suite, the ideal solution for companies who want permission-based marketing and communications via e-mail, mobile telephony and the internet. The company also hosts BizWizard in its Netoptions Hosting Center.

Caesar CRM and Netoptions can offer an off-the-shelf connector between BizWizard and Caesar CRM, which allows the two systems to automatically share information on target groups, mailings, response management etc.

PAR

PAR ensures that companies always have accurate information about their customers and prospects from its Parad database, which contains more than 1.02 million companies and workplaces, covering industry, consumers, other organizations and the public sector. Around 1.8 million decision-makers are also included.

PAR provides constant updates from its own databases as well as additional information that is lacking in customers' databases.

The information can be sent directly to Caesar CRM via an off-the-shelf import/export interface.
